德国KELLER数控仿真软件在数控教学过程中的应用

Application of German KELLER NC Simulation Software in NC Teaching

数控加工仿真是虚拟制造的基础技术之一,德国KELLER软件已在欧洲、美国等一些技术发达国家的职业教育、技术培训等方面广泛应用,取得了较为丰富的成果。本文结合零件加工实施过程,主要阐明KELLER软件中CAD/CAM仿真模块的数控加工仿真的过程,并指明KELLER软件在教学过程中的作用和意义。

NC maching stimulation is one of the basic technologies of virtual manufacturing. German KELLER software has been widely used in vocatonal education, technical training and other fields in Europe and America, and the results are fruitful. Based on part manufacturing process, this paper mainly describes the NC maching stimulation process of CAD/CAM stimulation model in KEI,LER sotware and points out the effect and significance of KELLER software in teaching process.
