中国有句古话:"天时不如地利,地利不如人和"。和谐社会首要的是人际关系的和谐。高职学生的人际关系教育越来越引起社会的关注,作为大学生中重要而特殊的群体,高职院校大学生和谐人际关系有着一般性问题,文章就从高职应用型人才和谐人际关系的必要性入手,提出高职院校大学生和谐人际关系中和谐师生关系教育的探讨,分析高职院校大学生人际关系失谐的各种原因。和谐人际关系是社会主义市场经济的基本要求,是构建社会主义和谐社会的基础。加强高职院校大学生和谐人际关系有重大的理论和现实意义,首先必须是一个和谐的人,能够正确处理与他人之间关系的人,培养德才兼备的和谐人才、高素质的劳动者和技能型人才必须首先做到这一点。

The article, starting with the necessity of harmonious interpersonal relationships of vocational applied talents, made the exploration on the harmonious teacher-student relationship education, analyzed the reasons for discordant interpersonal relationships of vocational students. The harmonious interpersonal relationship is the basic requirements of the socialist market economy and is the basis for building a socialist harmonious society.
