论高校学生干部开展团体辅导的必要性

近年来,新生入学教育形式呈现多元化趋势,而其主旨多围绕于帮助新生快速适应大学新环境,找准定位,迅速确立目标。健康的心理是当代大学生成才的必备条件,良好的心理健康氛围往往更有利于学生在大学生涯中更好的学习生活。而作为大学生思想政治教育的关键一环,高校学生干部心理健康教育在新生教育中往往处于失语状态。本文以团体辅导为引,讨论高校学生干部开展团体辅导的必要性。

In recent years, there has been a variety of forms of freshmen＂ enrollment education, most of which is aimed to help the freshmen adapt to new environment quickly, and find the right position and set goals quickly. A healthy mental state is a prerequisite to become an elite for contemporary college students, and good mental health atmosphere is good for college students＂ eampus life. However, as a key link of college students＂ ideological and political education, college student cadre＇s mental health education has not been paid enough attention in enrollment education. Taking group guidance as the lead, this paper discusses the necessity of group conselling for university students cardres.
