The solutions to problems of blockage slip and reverse jet in the production of continuous cooking process

针对连蒸生产运行中发生的草片堵塞、打滑、反喷等问题,对生产过程控制进行了分析,提出了对设备运行进行微调和严控工艺操作过程的解决措施。

Around the problems of grass block, slip and reverse jet in continuous cooking systems, the process control of production were reviewed. The measures of accurately adjusting equipment and strictly operating in the process were put forward in this paper.
