摘要
单PE纸杯纸在成型热封过程中会产生热封合不良的问题;经分析对比在纸塑复合过程中工艺参数(主要是温度)控制不当以及挤出机螺杆出现磨损造成PE热降解和成膜结晶度过大,在热封过程中PE膜熔融温度高、热黏结强度不够,产生PE与纸基表面热黏结不上;通过控制挤出复合工艺温度和更换磨损螺杆进行有效解决。
In the shaping and heat sealing of single cup, bad heat seal often occurs. The analysis shows that improper control of temperature, wear and tear of extrusion screw lead to the heat degradation of PE and over crystal size in film formation, too high melting temperature of PE in heat sealing, low intensity of heat bonding lead to bad combination between PE and paper base, which can be effectively solved by adjusting combination temperature and replacing damaged screw.
