细胞衰老过程中p16^(INK4)mRNA稳定性调控 被引量:4

摘要 细胞衰老是诸多与之相关的基因或信号分子在环境因素作用下表达或修饰改变引起功能改变的"加合"结果。已发现至少上百个基因与衰老相关,但关键衰老相关基因的作用不可或缺。关键衰老相关基因p16INK4对衰老的发生与维持极其重要,探讨其调控机制一直是衰老及相关领域的重要课题。近年来多项研究表明,转录后水平调控,特别是多因素参与的mRNA稳定性调控是细胞衰老过程中p16表达的重要决定因素。
