维生素D在心血管疾病中的作用 被引量:9

摘要 维生素D是调节钙磷代谢的重要类固醇激素,维生素D受体是配体依赖的核受体超家族转录因子。近年发现,维生素D参与心脏肥厚、高血压和动脉粥样硬化等心血管疾病的病理过程。本文简要综述维生素D及其受体在心血管疾病中的作用及机制。
