开腹与腹腔镜下肠粘连松解术的效果比较

The effect comparison of laparoscopic enterolysis with open enterolysis in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction

目的:比较腹腔镜下肠粘连松解术与开腹肠粘连松解术治疗粘连性肠梗阻的疗效。方法:选择78例粘连性肠梗阻,其中36例行腹腔镜肠粘连松解术(腹腔镜组),42例行传统开腹肠粘连松解术(开腹组),观察比较2组的手术效果。结果:与开腹组患者比较,腹腔镜组患者手术时间明显缩短,术中出血量少,术后进食时间早,术后住院天数短,并发症发生少(P<0.05～P<0.01)。结论:腹腔镜肠粘连松解术具有手术时间短,术后恢复快的特点,值得临床推广使用。

Objective：To compare the effects of laparoscopic enterolysis with open enterolysis in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction and explore the feasibility of laparoscopic enterolysis. Methods：The clinical effects of 36 cases treated with laparoscopic enterolysis （laparoscopy group） and 42 ca des treated with open enterolysis （open group） were compared. Results：Compared with the open group,the operation time and postoperative hospital stay were significantly shorter, intra-operative blood loss and postoperative complications were significantly less, and postoperative eating time were significantly earlier in laparoscopy group （ P 〈 O. 05 to P 〈 O. 01 ）. Conclusions： Iaparo^opic enterolysis is short operation time and quick recovery,which is worthy of being widely applied in clinic.
