战略人力资源管理与组织绩效问题研究

摘要 当今市场竞争日益激烈,企业面临着国际国内环境变化的各种挑战。如何在实践中通过战略人力资源管理提高企业的组织绩效,是目前所有企业管理者需要研究的课题。文中对如何建立战略人力资源管理体系,在实践中探索完善组织机构与管理模式,施行绩效管理与量化考核,制定高效的流程与管理制度等等问题进行了探索性研究,目的是提高企业的经营效益和核心竞争力。
