Optimal extracting technique of Baipuhuang capsules by orthogonal test

目的优化白蒲黄胶囊的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法，以浸膏收率和黄芩苷提取率为指标，优选白蒲黄胶囊中黄芩、蒲公英、白头翁三种药材的提取工艺条件。结果最佳工艺为取上述三种药材粉碎成粗粉，加入8倍量80％乙醇回流提取3次，每次1．5h。结论该工艺较原白蒲黄片，有效成分转移率高，浸膏收率低，为白蒲黄胶囊的制备提供了条件。

Objective To optimize the extracting technique of Baipuhuang capsules. Methods The extraction technique of Radix Scutellariae, dandelion, and radix Pulsatillae in Baipuhuang ingredients was optimized by the orthogonal test with the extract yield, the yield of Baicaline as indexes. Results The optimum extracting technique for these three kinds of medicinal materials was crushed into coarse powder, adding eightfold amount of 80% ethanol reflux extraction 3 times, each time for 1.5 hours. Conclusions The process is better than the original tablets, extract yield is low, high metastasis rate of effective components, and the results provide the conditions for preparation of Baipuhuang capsules.
