舒芬太尼与瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚在宫腔镜手术中效果观察

目的观察舒芬太尼与瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚在宫腔镜手术的临床疗效。方法选取妇科行宫腔镜手术的患者120例,随机分为两组,舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚组(S组)和瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚组(R)组各60例,观察麻醉效果和不良反应。结果两组患者经治疗后心率、血压、血氧饱和度组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);丙泊酚总用量差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);S组宫缩痛发生率明显低于R组(P<0.05)。结论采用舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉用于宫腔镜手术效果好。
