母婴同室病房不同健康教育模式的临床效果

摘要 目的分析与探讨母婴同室病房不同健康教育模式的临床效果。方法选取汕头市第三人民医院2009年7月-2011年7月期间收治的产妇共90例,随机将其分为2组,观察组给予广播式健康教育,对照组给予传统式一对一健康教育。通过问卷调查的方式对比两组产妇的知识掌握程度以及对健康教育工作的满意程度。结果观察组产妇对健康知识的掌握率为95.6%,优于对照组62.2%,P<0.05;观察组产妇宣教工作的满意程度为82.2%,明显高于对照组产妇76.7%,P<0.05。结论广播式健康教育模式比传统一对一健康教育模式的临床效果更佳,且能够显著提高产妇对于健康教育的满意程度,值得推广应用。 Objective To analyze the effect of the rooming-in ward with different patterns of health education. Methods From 2009 July to 2011 July in our hospital, 90 6aseswere randomly divided into 2 groups. The observation group was given broadcasthealth education, the control group was given a pair of health education. Knowledge level and health education satisfaction degree were compared by questionnaire survey. Results Observation group maternal mastery of health knowledge rate was 95.6%, better than the control group 62.2%, P〈0.05; Observation group maternal education job satisfaction was 82.2%, significantly higher than the control group 76.7%, maternal P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of broadcast education pattern is better than the pair of health education.The broadcast health education significantly improve maternal satisfaction degree for health education, it is worthy of promotion.
