80例急性心力衰竭急诊救治的观察

Clinical observation on emergency treatment for 80 cases with acute heart failure

目的对急诊治疗急性心力衰竭的疗效进行观察，为临床提供依据。方法回顾性分析2011年12月至2012年10月我院急诊科收治的80例急性心力衰竭病人的临床资料，分析不同治疗方法治疗的急性心力衰竭患者的疗效。观察三组患者治疗前后血压、心率、心功能变化和临床有效率。结果A组和B组患者的血压、心率、心功能指标和临床有效率与对照组相比得到明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论积极有效的处理措施对治疗急性心力衰竭效果明显，临床疗效确切，能明显改善患者的症状。

Objective To observe the effect of emergency treatment for acute heart failure （AHF） patients and to supply the base for clinical use. Methods The clinical data of 80 cases of emergency treatment in AHF from December 2011 to October 2012 were analyzed retrospectively and the effects of different kinds of treatment for AHF were also analyzed. The Blood pressure, heart rate, heart function and clinical effective rate in both groups were observed before and after treatment. Results Compare with the control group, the Blood pressure, heart rate, heart function and clinical effective rate in group 1 and group 2 had improved, there was statistical significant difference （P〈O.05）. Conclusion The positive and effective treatment measures have significant effect for AHF, the curative effect is favorable, and can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
