慢性心力衰竭患者的护理对策分析

Analysis on nursing countermeasure for chronic heart failure patients

目的探讨慢性心力衰竭患者的护理方法及效果。方法将我院2011年11月至2012年8月收治的100例慢性心力衰竭按照护理方法的不同分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上采用增强患者自我效能感的护理，比较两组患者的自我效能感、治疗效果以及护理满意度。结果观察组的自我效能评分、左室射血分数（LVEF）、心输出量（CO）及护理满意度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论增强慢性心力衰竭患者的自我效能感能够显著提高患者的治疗依从性，改善心功能。

Objective To investigate nursing method and effects for treatment of chronic heart failure （CHF） patients. Methods From November 2011 to August 2012 100 cases of CHF according to the different nursing methods were divided into observation group and control group, control group used conventional nursing, the observation group based on the conventional treatment, used enhancing patients＇ self-efficacy nursing, then we compared two sets of patients in self-efficacy, treatment effect and nursing satisfaction. Results In observed group, the self-efficacy scores, left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）, cardiac output （CO） and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈O.05）. Conclusion The increase of CHF patients self-efficacy can significantly improve the treatment compliance of patients, and improve their cardiac function.
