分娩球联合中医穴位按摩对自然分娩的临床观察

Clinical Study to the Application of Delivery ball Associated with Chinese Acupressure Massage in Natural Delivery

目的探讨分娩球联合中医穴位按摩对自然分娩的影响。方法选取2012年1至3月在广东省妇幼保健院分娩的正常足月初产妇120例，随机分为观察组60例，对照组60例；观察组采用分娩球联合中医穴位按摩的干预方法，整个干预过程在第一产程进行。对照组给予常规处理。对两组产妇的焦虑情况、疼痛、第一产程时间、分娩方式进行比较。结果观察组焦虑情况发生率低，疼痛程度减轻，第一产程缩短，阴道分娩率高，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论分娩球联合中医穴位按摩可减轻焦虑，减轻产妇心理因素和疼痛感对分娩的负面影响，缩短产程，提高阴道分娩率。

Objective To study the influence of delivery ball associated with chinese acupressure massage on spontaneous delivery. Methods 120 cases of normal pregnant women who gave birth in Guangdong Women and Children Hospital from January 2012 to March 2012, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.60 normal pregnant women in observation group were applied delivery ball associated with chinese acupressure massage to help them alleviating pain and anxiety during the first delivery stage. Another 60 normal pregnant women in control group received routine nursing. The degree of anxiety and pain, the duration of first stage of labor and the modality of delivery had been observed. Results The degree of anxiety and labor pain of observation group during delivery stage was significantly lower than that of control group （-P〈0.05） . The observation group had shorter delivery duration and higher natural delivery rate than that of control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The method of delivery ball associated with chinese acupressure massage which applied in the first stage of delivery was helpful to natural delivery.
