薄层扫描法测定六味补气胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量

Determination of astragaloside IV in Liuweibuqi capsule by TLC-Scanning

目的用薄层扫描法测定六味补气胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法采用硅胶G板,以氯仿—甲醇—水(65∶35∶10)下层溶液为展开剂,测定波长为510 nm。结果黄芪甲苷在0.988～4.940μg范围内线性良好,r=0.996,平均加样回收率为98.3%,RSD=1.42%。结论该法准确、简便、重复性好,可用于六味补气胶囊的质量控制。

Objective To determine the content of astragaloside IV in Liuweibuqi capsule by TLC-scanning.Methods Silica G was used and developed with chloroform-methanol-water（65∶35∶10）below 10℃.The detection wavelength was 510nm.Results The calibraction curve was linear in the range between 0.988 and 4.940μg,r=0.996.The average recovery was 98.3%（RSD=1.42%）.Conclusions The method is accurate,simple and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of Liuweibuqi Capsules.
