摘要
目的黄柏与关黄柏为2种不同的药材,但在使用过程中时有混淆。该文建立薄层色谱和高效液相色谱法监测白带丸中黄柏的质量。方法薄层色谱法采用硅胶G薄层板,以苯—异丙醇—乙酸乙酯—甲醇—浓氨试液(12∶3∶6∶3∶1)为展开剂展开。HPLC法采用Lichrospher C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.05 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(氢氧化钠试液调节pH值至5.0)(25∶75)为流动相,检测波长为346 nm,流速1.0 mL.min-1。结果 TLC法鉴别色谱特征斑点明显,HPLC法专属性强,无杂质干扰。结论该法简便准确,灵敏度高,通用性好,适用于白带丸中黄柏质量的监控。
Objective To establish a TLC and HPLC method for monitoring the quality of cortex pheuodendri in Baidai Wan.Method A Lichrospher C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used as the analytical column and mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05 mol·L-1 KH2PO4(NaOH adjust pH 5.0)(25∶75)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The UV detection wavelength was set at 346 nm.Results Identification spots of chromatographic characteristics of TLC were marked.The HPLC method was selective.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and reliable for the identification of cortex pheuodendri in Baidai Wan.
