摘要
到 1 999年底 ,柳州供电局已建设综合自动化变电站 9座 ,即 2 2 0 k V月山变 ,1 1 0 k V的箭盘变、马鞍变、三中变、基隆变、鹿山变、八一变、新风变、鸡喇变。“四遥”变电站 1座 ,即 1 1 0 k V的河北变。根据城市电网改造的规划 ,市区新建设的 1 1 0 k V、2 2 0 k V变电站全部按无人值班变电站设计、建设和验收。目前我局无人值班变电站的管理模式是在变电运行工区设置巡检班 ,配备必要的交通工具、通讯工具 ,由传统的变电站固定值班变为流动值班。在没有大规模建成无人值班变电站时 ,对无人值班变电站的远方监视、控制等由地调值班员负责。这 6座无人值班变电站的变电运行管理人员 ,目前仅为 1 4人。
