摘要
阐述了农电“两改一同价”的必要性及重要意义 ,对广西电力有限公司 1 998年至 1 999年农网建设与改造项目计划投资完成不理想的主要原因进行了分析 ,并提出了几点措施 。
This paper states the necessity and the important meaning of 'two reforming and the same electric price in urban and rural districts' and analyzes the main reasons that Guangxi Electric Power Co Ltd didn't fulfil the 1998~1999 rural power grid construction and renovation plan Measures are also proposed in order to better fulfill the rural power grid construction and renovation work
