摘要
针对大化电厂 2号机水泵在试车过程中电机出现过流的问题 ,在排除造成水泵电机过流的一般原因后 ,从泵的结构参数、电机驱动的调速方式与电机功率的匹配来分析研究。在无变速装置的条件下 ,经适当车削叶轮外径 ,解决了电机过流的问题。而如果采用变频调整装置 ,水泵的适用范围更大 。
Analysis was made against the over current of the booster pump motor during the commissioning of No 2 unit of Dahua power plant After excluding the normal courses for the over current of the motor, the analysis was based on the mode of speed regulation and its matching with the motor power After properly turning the external diameter of the impeller, the problem of over current was solved without using speed variator If the frequency controller is adopted, the application scope of water pump will be wider and a good energy saving effect can be achieved
