回顾了军用元器件使用可靠性保证的由来,介绍了二次筛选产生的背景和曾经发挥的重要作用,提出了元器件使用可靠性保证的趋势和方法,主要是在正确选用的基础上,通过生产方一次筛选和使用方验收检测以及DPA来保证,由元器件使用方开展的二次筛选将逐步地退出历史舞台。
The origin of operational reliability assurance for military components is overviewed. The generation background and important effect of the secondary screening is introduced. The trend and method of operational reliability assurance for components are demonstrated. Proper selection, manufacturer ' primary screening, user's checking, and detection, along with DPA, assure the reliability, The secondary screening performed by users will eventually step down from the stage of history.
