摘要 自一九六三年铝阳极氧化膜的电解着色法实用以后,电解着色法已获得广泛的应用.但是用电解着色法得到的颜色单调。为克服这一不足,出现了三步电解着色法,光干涉着色法。用这种方法可获得多种鲜艳的颜色。据报道它已能工业规模生产灰兰色铝制品。本文首先简要讨论干涉着色法的显色原理及国内外研究现状,最后实验研究各处理步骤对颜色的影响。 The present paper firstly reviews the developing history of the new interference coloring method of anodic film formed on aluminium, discusses the principles of the method and its major aspects different from the conventional electrolytic coloring method. The effects of sulphuric acid and phosphorous acid concentration in anodizing baths, SnSO_4 concentration in coloring bath and coloring voltage on the uniformity and stability of the colors were studied secondly. To improve the colors obtained, electrolytic treatment in mixed acid solutions with phosphorous acid was tested.
