:超声电动机是随着高功率密度压电材料的发展而出现的一种新型直接驱动电机。由于具有不同于电磁电动机的卓越特性 ,应用前景广阔 ,倍受业界的重视。文章简单回顾了超声电动机的发展历史 ,着重介绍了目前国内外的研究现状、给出了超声电动机的工程应用领域。

Ultrasonic motor is a new type direct drive motor emerging with the development of high power density piezoelectric materials. Because of its unique features different from electromagnetic motors, it has drawn great attertions of the industry and will have wide applications in the future. The article first briefly reviews the developing history of ultrasonic motor, then it puts emphasis on the introduction of its current domestic & overseas research situation and suggests its engineering appliction field. Finally it explains in details the focusing points in the research of ultrasonic motor.
