肺炎支原体引发46例小儿上呼吸道感染的临床分析

Clinical analysis of 46 cases of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae induced upper respiratory tract infection

目的对肺炎支原体(MP)引发小儿上呼吸道感染的临床特点进行分析探讨,以期为临床及时诊断和治疗提供参考依据。方法对本院2011年6月～2012年2月的46例MP引发上呼吸道感染的患儿的病例资料进行分析,并采集咽拭子进行培养,同时以50例健康儿童作为对照研究,比较咽拭子阳性结果。结果观察组患儿均有不同程度的发热症状且发热持续时间较长,为(7.21±1.69)d,多数患儿有咳嗽现象,MP阳性率为100%;而对照组健康儿童MP阳性率为16%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中小于1岁的患儿MP阳性率为15.2%,显著低于同组内其他年龄段患儿(P<0.05),但显著高于对照组同年龄段儿童(P<0.05)。结论 MP引发的小儿上呼吸道感染好发于1岁以上的儿童,且MP培养可帮助确诊,对临床上进行诊断和治疗有一定的参考依据。

Objective To analyze and explore the clinical features of the Mycoplasma pneumoniae （MP） induced upper respiratory tract infection in children in order to provide reference for timely clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods The medical records of 46 cases of children with MP induced upper respiratory tract infection of our hospital from June 2011 to February 2012 were analyzed and the throat swabs were cultured.Meanwhile 50 healthy children served as the control group.The positive results of throat swabs were compared.Results All the children of the observation group had varying degrees of fever and the fever lasted for a long time of （7.21±1.69） d;Most children had a cough.The MP positive rate of the observation group was 100% and that of the control group was 16%,with statistical difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）;The MP positive rate of the children less than 1 year old in the observation group was 15.2%,which was significantly lower than that of the other chldren in the observation group （P〈0.05）,but was signifi- cantly higher than that of the children of the same age in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The MP induced up- per respiratory tract infection tends to occur in the children over 1 year old and the mycoplasma pneumonia culture can facilitate the diagnosis,which can provide certain reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
