丹参注射液联合抗菌药物治疗社区获得性肺炎的效果观察

Effect observation of Danshen injection combined with antibacterial agents for treatment of community-acquired pneumonia

目的观察丹参注射液联合抗菌药物治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床效果。方法选择本院2011年2月～2013年2月收治的92例社区获得性肺炎患者,随机分为观察组(46例)和对照组(46例),观察组给予丹参注射液联合左氧氟沙星治疗,对照组给予左氧氟沙星治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果观察组患者的总有效率、咳嗽消失时间、退热时间、啰音消失时间、住院时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),但是两组患者的并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丹参注射液联合抗菌药物治疗社区获得性肺炎效果确切、安全,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Danshen injection combined with antibacterial agents for treat- ment of community-acquired pneumonia. Methods 92 patients with community-acquired pneumonia in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2013 were randomly divided into observation group （46 cases） and control group（46 cases）.Observation group was given Danshen injection combined with levofloxacin and control group was given lev- ofloxacin for treatment.The effect of two groups was compared. Results The clinical effects,cough disappearance time, antifebrile time,rales disappear time,and hospital stays time in observation group were significantly better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.However, there was no significant difference in complication rate between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The effect of the Danshen injection combined with antibacterial agents for treatment of community-ac- quired pneumonia is exact and safety, it is worthy to be DoDularized.
