摘要 目的分析多层螺旋CT肺癌灌注成像参数与血管内皮生长因子(VECF)和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的关系,为今后的临床诊断工作提供参考依据。方法选取在2008年1月~2012年12月吉林省肿瘤医院收治的非小细胞肺癌患者32例,行多层螺旋CT肺癌灌注成像检查.同时检测VEGF和PCNA表达水平,观察32例患者的肺癌灌注参数与肺癌分化程度、VEGF、PCNA表达之问的关系。结果周围型肺癌分化程度与VECF和PCNA表达呈明显正相关(P<0.05);肺癌分化程度与血流量(BF)、血容量(BV)呈负相关(P<0.05);PCNA与BF、BV呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 VEGF和PCNA对肿瘤的增殖以及新生血管有显著的调控作用,并且与灌注成像参数间存在显著相关性,对肺癌诊断以及恶性程度的判断具有重要意义,值得关注。 Objective To analyze and discuss the relationships among multi-slice spiral computed tomography perfusion imaging in lung cancer, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) aiming at providing references for clinical diagnosis in future. Methods 32 patients suffering from non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) admitted into our hospital from January 2008 to December 2012 were selected. They were examined by multi-slice spiral computed tomography pulmonary perfusion imaging and their expression levels of VEGF and PCNA were also tested in order to observe the relationships among pulmonary perfusion parameters, differentiated degree of lung cancer, expression levels of VEGF and PCNA. Results The differentiated degree of peripheral lung cancer displayed obviously positive correlations with expressions of VEGF and PCNA (P〈0.05), but showed negative correlations with blood flow (BF) and blood volume (BV) (P〈0.05). There were negative correlations between PCNA expression and BF, and BV (P〈O.05). Conclusion VEGF and PCNA expressions play significant regulating effects on tumor proliferation and angiogenesis, and have remarkable correlations with perfusion imaging. They are of great importance in the diagnosis of lung cancer and judgment of malignancy, which are worthy of attention.
