我院Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药物调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of prophylactic use of antibacterial for surgery of class Ⅰ incision in our hospital

目的探讨本院Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物的临床使用情况,评价Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物使用的合理性,促进本院抗菌药物的合理规范使用。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对2012年1～6月本院Ⅰ类切口手术(甲状腺手术、乳腺手术、疝气修补术)病例预防性使用抗菌药物的品种、用药频率、给药时间及疗程等进行调查分析。结果 1200例Ⅰ类切口手术使用抗菌药物者504例,使用率为42.00%;其中,合理用药424例,合格率为84.13%;不合理用药80例,占15.87%;二联用药6例,占1.19%。结论本院Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物的应用存在品种选用不当、预防用药时间过长等不合理现象,有待进一步加强管理。

Objective To investigate the using status of antibacterial for surgery of class 1 incision in our hospital,to e- valuate the rationality of using antibacterial for surgery of class I incision,and to improve the reasonable and normative use of antibacterial in our hospital Methods The species,administration frequency,time of administration,and treatment course of prophylactic use of antibacterial for surgery of class I incision （thyroid surgery,breast surgery,hernia repair） from January to June 2012 were retrospectively investigated. Results Antibacterial was used for 504 cases among 1200 cases of type I incision surgery with the utilization rate of 42.00%,in which the rational use of 424 cases with pass rate of 84.13%,irrational use of 80 cases with rate of 15.87%,and 6 cases of combined two drugs which accounted for 1.19%. Conclusion The use of antibacterial for surgery of class I incision in our hospital has irrational situation such as im- proper selection of species and too long time of prophylactic use,thus it should be further intensivel~ managed.
