多动宁胶囊治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍综合征的临床研究

Clinical study of anti-hyperactivity capsule in treating pediatric attention deficit hyperactivity disorder syndrome

目的探讨多动宁胶囊治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍综合征(ADHD)的临床疗效及不良反应。方法采用随机单盲法对照研究多动宁胶囊与利他林的临床疗效,连续服用8周后统计疗效。结果多动宁胶囊治疗ADHD的总有效率为89.06%,利他林对照组总有效率为84.37%,2组比较差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。在多动指数(Conners)改善方面,治疗后较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。用药后的不良反应症状发生方面,多动宁胶囊明显低于利他林,2组间比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论多动宁胶囊治疗ADHD不仅疗效可靠,而且不良反应少。

Objective To investigate clinical and side effect of anti-hyperactivity capsule in treating attention deficit hyperactivity disorder syndrome （ADHD）. Methods Clinical effect of anti-hyperactivity capsule and Rital- in were studied with randomized single blind control method, making statistical analysis after 8 weeks. Results Total efficiency of anti-hyperactivity capsule is 89.06%, the total effective rate of Ritalin group was 84.37%, and the difference between the 2 groups had no statistical significance （ P〉0.05 ）. Conners hyperactivity index, compa- ring before and after treatment, was significantly lower （P〈0.05 }. Symptoms of adverse drug reaction after anti- hyperactivity capsule treatment were significantly lower than that of Ritalin, and statistical difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Anti-hyperactivity capsule in the treatment of ADHD not only has reliable curative effect, but also has less adverse reaction.
