C反应蛋白与白细胞计数联合测定在儿童脓疱疮诊疗中的应用

C reactive protein and white blood cell count applied to pediatric impetigo determination

目的观察C反应蛋白(CRP)与白细胞计数(WBC)联合测定在儿童脓疱疮中的应用。方法对144例儿童脓疱疮患者进行CRP与WBC联合测定。结果大疱型脓疱疮患儿与寻常型脓疱疮患儿CRP与WBC水平分别与健康对照组比较,均有明显增高(P<0.01)。结论 C反应蛋白与白细胞计数联合检测不仅可以更好地协助临床鉴别诊断脓疱疮类型,而且可以对脓疱疮患儿进行病情判断、临床用药指导以及患者预后判断等。

Objective To study the application of C reactive protein （CRP） and white blood cell （WBC） count to pediatric impetigo. Methods Combined determination of C reactive protein and white blood cell count to 144 cases of pediatric impetigo. Results CRP and WBC levels in large and common impetigo children were com- pared with that in healthy control group, and the difference had significance （ P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Combined detection of C reactive protein and white blood cell count, not only can better assist the clinical differential diagno- sis of impetigo type, severity, and can guide clinical medication and prognosis.
