摘要
为了更好的适应我国铁路货物运输提速重载的进一步发展需要,保证铁路货车行车安全的可靠性能,对铁路货车13B锻钢钩尾框钩尾销防脱结构特点及存在的问题进行了分析探讨,认为13B锻钢钩尾框钩尾销防脱(插托)结构改为(三孔防护板)结构的改进方案可靠性好,检修方便,该结构在13B铸钢钩尾框经过运用考验,作业人员已比较熟知,有较好的互换性和安全可靠性,组装工艺性好.
In order to meet the speed and load demands of Chinese railway freight transportation and ensure the reliability and safety of the freight car, the analysis and study on the features of anti-creep mechanism structure of type 13 B forged steel yoke and yoke key are presented. The author argues that the proposal to modify the plug-support structure of anti-creep mechanism of type 13B forged steel yoke and yoke key to three-hole pro- tection plate structure features with high reliability and easy maintenance. This three-hole protection plate structure has been applied on type 13B cast steel yoke and well known among the operators ,with the advanta- ges of good interchangeability, safety and reliability and easy assembling.
