摘要
针对CRH5动车组变压器冷却风机振动超差的问题,通过对其现场动力响应测试、理论和有限元计算相结合的方法得出风机的自振频率和激励频率,根据振动产生的机理,提出增加结构刚性改变风机自振频率的减振方案,并对改进方案进行验证,最终控制了变压器冷却风机的共振,从而减弱了其振动.
Aiming at the vibration of cooling fan for transformer of CRH5 high-speed EMUS, the method combi- ning dynamic force response test and theoretical and finite-element calculation was used to obtain natural fre- quency and the excitation frequency of the cooling fan. According to the mechanics of the vibration generation, the damping improvement scheme to increase the structural rigidity for changing the natural frequency of the cooling fan is proposed. It is verified that control the resonance of the cooling fan can weaken the vibration.
