质子交换膜Nafion表面沉积Pt粒子新方法

摘要 通过在Nafion膜表面负载Pt粒子,增大电解质与催化剂的有效接触面积.试验利用U型管装置还原Pt粒子.U型管反应装置可以确保在Nafion膜两边在浓度差和渗透压的作用下,在垂直方向的Nafion膜两侧的Pt离子在Nafion膜上充分均匀的还原成Pt粒子.利用此方法可以得到分散均匀、粒径尺寸在十到几十纳米的Pt粒子.对新方法与传统的Pt/C(1∶1)催化剂下的膜电极进行交流阻抗测试,新方法性能更优. To deposit Pt particles on Nafion membrane can effectively increase the contacting area between cat- alysts and the electrolyte. The innovative point in the experiment is the use of U-tube reaction apparatus in the process of Pt reduction. Due to the effects of difference in concentrations and consequential different osmotic pressures, the U-tube reaction apparatus can ensure that Pt particles on both sides of the Nation membrane a- long vertical direction can be reduced sufficiently and evenly. The Pt particles formed on the method are in the range of 10 to 100 nanometers. Comparing EIS analysis with Pt/C catalyst MEA,the new method is better.
