苗药金乌健骨汤对寒湿阻络型类风湿关节炎患者生存质量的影响

Effect of Miao Medicine Jinwu Jiangu Decoction on the Life Quality of Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的:探讨苗药金乌健骨汤对类风湿关节炎患者生存质量的影响。方法:将80例类风湿节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。两组均给予甲氨蝶呤10mg,每周1次口服,对照组在此基础上加用尫痹片,每次4片,每日3次口服;治疗组加用苗药金乌健骨汤,每日1剂口服;两组治疗时间均为3个月。结果:对照组完成治疗33例,有效率占69.70%;治疗组完成治疗35例,有效率占85.71%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗后生存质量各项指标均有明显改善(P<0.01或P<0.05)。治疗组在生理功能、社会功能及健康自我认识三个方面优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:苗药金乌健骨汤能够提高类风湿关节炎患者临床疗效,改善生活质量。

Objective：To investigate effect of miao medicine jinwu jiangu decoction on the life quality of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods：80 patients with RA were equally randomized into the treatment group and the control group.Both groups were given methotrexate （ 10mg ） orally,1 time a week and the control group was also given wangbi tablets based on above treatment,4 tablets once and 3 times a day;the treatment group was added with miao medicine jinwujiangu decoction, 1 dose a day;both groups were treated for 3 months.Results：33 cases completed their treatment in the control group,effective rate being 69.70% and 35 cases completed their treatment in the treatment group,effective rate being 85.71%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ） .Survival quality indicators of the two groups significantly improved after treatment （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ） .The treatment group was better than the control group on the aspects of physiological function,social function and self-awareness of health （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion：Miao medicine jinwu jiangu decoction can enhance the clinical efficacy of patients with rheumatoid arthritis,improving the quality of their lives.
