摘要
报道了一种侧面抽运双Nd=YAG棒串接的高功率全固态准连续绿光激光器。设计了非对称直通谐振腔结构,以90。石英旋转片补偿热致双折射,采用双声光Q开关调制,采用Ⅱ类临界相位匹配LB0晶体腔内倍频,在总抽运光功率约1.8kW,重复频率为10kHz时,获得了最大平均功率为310W、脉冲宽度为51ns的532nm绿光输出,光束质量因子Me约为40,光一光转换效率约为17.2%。实验验证了石英旋转片补偿热致双折射的作用。
A side-pumped dual rod all-solid-state quasi-continous-wave Nd: YAG green laser with high-power output is reported. An asymmetry linear resonator, with birefringence compensation by a 90° quartz rotator, dual Q-switched, intracavity frequency-doubling with a type- Ⅱ LBO, is designed. The maximum output power of 310 W is measured at a repetition rate of 10 kHz and a total optical pumped power of about 1.8 kW. The pulse duration is 51 ns at 532 nm. The beam quality factor M2 is about 40. The optical-to-optical efficiency is about 17. 2%. The birefringence compensation effect of quartz rotator is analyzed in experiment.
