河南省兼并重组小煤矿发展模式研究

随着小煤矿问题的日益严峻,小煤矿的发展和改造备受重视,小煤矿兼并重组势在必行。本文通过对河南省小煤矿兼并重组的相关政策和措施研究,摸索出一套适合河南省小煤矿的发展模式,为小煤矿的安全发展提高的有效指导,也为全国各地兼并重组小煤矿提供了很好的发展方向。

With the serious problem of small coal mines, small coal mine development and transformation and so on, small coal mining mergers and acquisitions be imperative. In this paper, through the relevant policies and measures on mergers and restructuring of small coal mines in Henan Province, to explore a set of suitable for small coal mines in Henan province development model, effective guidance to improve safety development of small coal mines, but also provides a good direction of development for the merger and reorganization of small coal mines across the country.
