摘要
目的探讨特异性免疫治疗对慢性荨麻疹患者的疗效以及对血清IgE及生活质量的影响。方法将104例慢性荨麻疹患者分为观察组和对照组各52例,对照组予地氯雷他定片,观察组在此基础上根据患者皮肤点刺过敏原试验及特异性IgE检测结果采用特异性免疫治疗,观察两组患者的疗效及IgE水平与生活质量DLQI的变化。结果观察组痊愈率为73.2%,明显高于对照组(34.6%)(P<0.05),治疗后两组血清总IgE水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组IgE水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗4周后的DLQI明显低于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗12周后DLQI明显低于治疗前、治疗1周后及对照组(P<0.05)。结论特异性免疫治疗对慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效确切,主要是通过降低IgE水平而发挥作用,同时能明显改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of specific immunotherapy for patients with chronic urticaria, and serum IgE and quality of life. Methods A total of 104 patients with chronic urticaria were divided into observation group and control group with 52 patients in each,the control group were given loratadine tablets, observation group were givin specific immunotherapy, observed the efficacy and IgE level and quality of life （DLQI） change. Results The observation group recovered to 73.2%, significantly higher than the the control group （34.6%） the observation group IgE levels were significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The DLQI of the observation group was signifi- cantly lower than before treatment and the control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Observation group after 12 weeks of treatment the DLQI was significantly lower than before treatment and control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of specific immunotherapy of chronic urticaria is exact, and safe and convenient, and play a role by reducing IgE levels, and can significantly improve the patient＇s quality of life
