胸腺肽联合复方补骨脂酊治疗白癜风的临床效果研究

Clinical effect of thymosin combined with compound psoralen tincture in treatment of vitiligo

目的探讨胸腺肽与复方补骨脂酊在白癜风患者中的联合应用价值。方法选取2009年12月～2012年12月在我院进行治疗的白癜风患者96例,将入选患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组48例。两组白癜风患者经明确诊断后均给予复方补骨脂酊的外用治疗,研究组患者则在此基础上加用胸腺肽的药物联合治疗方案,并分别对两组患者的临床治疗情况和色素积分变化情况进行比较和分析。结果研究组患者的显效率和总有效率分别为47.92%和83.33%,均明显高于对照组患者的31.25%和58.33%,并且差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组患者相比,研究组患者经治疗后色素积分变化情况明显好转,积分值显著提升,并且两组间比较均呈现出显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论采用胸腺肽与复方补骨脂酊的联合用药方案对于白癜风患者临床治疗效果的改善和治疗水平的提高均具有显著的促进作用。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of thymosin combined with compound psoralen tincture in treatment of vitiligo. Methods A total of 96 cases of vitiligo patients in our hospital from December 2009 to December 2012 were selected. And all patients were randomly divided into study group and control group ,with 48 cases in each group. After diagnosis, patients in two groups were all given compound psoralen tincture topical treatment. On the ba- sis, patients in study group were given thymosin treatment. The clinical effect and pigment integral of patients in two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The significant efficiency rate and total efficiency rate of study group （47.92% and 83.33%） were significantly higher than control group（31.25% and 58.33%）, and the difference was statis- tically significant （P 〈 0.05）; Compared with control group, the pigment integral situation of study group improved markedly, integral value was significantly improved, and differences between the two groups were significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Thymosin combined with compound psoralen tincture has significant acceleration role in clinical effect and treatment level improvement.
