鼻内镜手术的围手术期护理干预效果观察

Effect of endoscopic sinus surgery perioperative nursing intervention

目的观察在鼻内镜手术围手术期实施护理干预的效果。方法 90例行鼻内镜手术治疗的患者根据护理方法的不同分为干预组和对照组各45例,对照组进行随机对症护理,干预组主要着重实施术前、术中及术后围术期的护理干预,比较两组的护理满意度及并发症情况。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术,症状明显改善;其中干预组术后3例出现并发症,对照组术后12例出现并发症,经对症治疗后治愈。干预组护理满意度达97.8%,明显优于对照组(77.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在鼻内镜手术围手术期实施护理干预,可以缓解患者的紧张焦虑的负性心理状态,降低并发症的发生率,提高护理满意度,有利于患者疾病的恢复。

Objective To observe the effect of perioperative nursing intervention in endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods Ninety cases of endoscopic sinus surgery in patients treated patients according to the different methods of care divided into intervention group and a control group of 45 patients in the control group were randomly symptomatic care, the intervention group mainly focus on the implementation of preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative Wai operative nursing intervention, the two groups were compared nursing satisfaction and complications. Results All patients were successfully completed surgery, symptoms improved significantly; intervention group, 3 patients with complications, the control group, 12 cases of postoperative complications, cured after symptomatic treatment. Nursing satisfaction of 97.8% in the.intervention group than the control group （77.8%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The endoscopic sinus surgery perioperative nursing intervention can alleviate negative psychological state of patients with anxiety, reduce the incidence of complications, improve nursing satisfaction, is conducive to the recovery of the patient＇s illness.
