层级管理与责任包干制护理在临床护理中的应用

The application of hierarchical management and responsibility contract nursing in clinical nursing

目的探讨层级管理与责任包干护理相结合的护理模式(以下简称:层级责任包干护理模式)在临床护理工作中的应用对护理质量的影响。方法实施前采取小组责任制,实施后采取由护士长→护理组长→责任护士的层级管理与责任护士分管患者全面实施责任包干护理相结合的模式,比较实施前后护理质量和患者的满意度。结果实施层级责任制护理后与实施前的护理质量和患者满意度比较(P<0.01),前者明显优于后者,具有统计学意义。结论实施层级责任制管理既可以提高护理质量,明显提高患者的满意度、密切医护关系、提高护士的综合素质及责任意识。

Objective To explore the nursing mode of hierarchical management and the responsibility contract care combination （hereinafter referred to as： hierarchical responsibility contract nursing mode） effects in clinical nursing on quality of care. Methods Prior to the implementation team to take responsibility, and took the level management and the nurse in charge of implementing the responsibility contract nursing care of patients with combined model after the implementation of, compared the implementation of quality and patient care and satisfaction. Results The implementa- tion of hierarchical responsibility nursing after and before the implementation of the quality of care and patient satis- faction, the former was superior to the latter, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.01）. Condusion The implementation of management responsibility system can improve the quality of care, and can improve the patients＇ satisfaction and the relationship between health care, improve their comprehensive quality and sense of responsibility.
