中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良163例

Treatment of 163 cases of functional dyspepsia with Chinese and Western medicine

目的探讨中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良的疗效。方法选择163例功能性消化不良患者随机分成两组,治疗组予西沙比利联合中药半夏厚朴汤加味治疗,对照组单用西沙比利治疗。结果治疗组绝大多数患者腹胀、腹痛、恶心、早饱、反酸等症状消失,总有效率92.8%,对照组总有效率56.3%。结论中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良效果较好,值得临床重视。

Objective To explore the treatment of functional dyspepsia with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Methods A total of 163 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of cisapride combined with traditional Chinese medicine Banxia Houpu Decoction ＂in the treat- ment of Western medicine, the control group with cisapride therapy. Results In treatment group, the vast majority of patients with abdominal distention, abdominal pain, nausea, early satiety, acid reflux symptoms disappear, total effectiveness 92.8%, the comparison group total effectiveness 56.3%. Conclusion The combination of Chinese and Western drugs on functional dyspepsia with good effect, is worthy of attention.
