对在校大学生“亚健康”人群进行生活方式干预的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨对大学生中的“亚健康”人群进行生活方式干预的效果。方法通过体检筛选出大连海洋大学在校大学生中处于高血压前期[收缩压(SBP)/舒张压(DBP)在(120—139)mmHg/(80~89)mmHg之间]、超重[25kg/m2〈体重指数(BMI)〈30kg/m2]的大学生50名(其中男25名、女25名),在一年的时间内对他们进行包括健康教育、体育运动、平衡饮食等方面的生活方式干预,一年后再进行血压及体重指数的测定。结果干预的总有效率为92%。与干预前相比50名大学生收缩压/舒张压平均下降了8.4mmHg/4.7mmHg(P〈0.01)、体重指数平均下降了4.1(P〈0.01),与干预前相比差异有显著性意义。结论通过对“亚健康”大学生生活方式的干预使他们的健康意识有明显提高,身体素质有明显改善,并随着新的生活方式的逐步形成而减少了导致疾病发生的危险因素,说明生活方式干预对大学生“亚健康”人群具有一定的效果。 Objective To study the effect of lifestyle intervention for sub-health of college students. Methods Selected 50 cases (25 male cases,25 female cases) of undergraduates in prehypertension in Dalian Ocean University by physi- cal examination, with the systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) were 120-139 mm Hg/ 80-89 mm Hg; Overweight,25〈body mass index (BMI)〈30.Conducted the lifestyle intervention of health education, sports, balanced diet in one year's time, and tested the blood pressure and body mass index after one year. Results The total effective rate was 92%. Compared with before intervention,the SBP and DBP dropped 8.4 mm Hg/4.7 mmHg(P 〈 0.01 ),body mass index fallen by 4.1 on average(P 〈 0.01 ),there were significant differences between before interven- tion and after the intervention. Conclusion The lifestyle intervention for sub-health of college students significantly improve their health awareness and body quality,meanwhile the students form a new way of life and then reduce the dangerous factors of disease. The lifestyle intervention for sub-health of college students have a certain effect.
