角膜深层异物不同手术方法取出的临床探讨

Clinical discussion of dislodgment cornea deep layer foreign body with different operations

目的探讨角膜深层异物的临床特点和取出方法。方法对103例角膜深层异物的性质、位置、取出方法、并发症和疗效进行回顾分析。结果103例患者中男女比例约为8：2，年龄20～45岁占80．6％。103例异物采用不同的手术方法均顺利取出，术后视力上升或不变93例，减退10例。就诊时间越早，视力恢复越好；异物越远离瞳孔区，视力恢复越好。结论角膜深层异物应尽早就诊手术，采用不同的手术方法，减少手术并发症的发生。异物所处角膜位置对术后视力影响大，位于角膜中心区3mm内者视力恢复差。

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and the dislodgment ways of cornea deep layer foreign body. Methods The characteristic,location, dislodgment ways, complications and clinical effect of 103 cases with cornea deep layer foreign body were analyzed retrospectively. Results The ratio of male and female among 103 cases was 8 ： 2, and the patients with age 20-45 accounted for 80.6%. Different operation ways of dislodgment were made on the 103 cases successfully, and the eyesight after the operation of 93 cases increased or unchanged and the eyesight after the operation of 10 cases decreased. The results indicated that earlier treatment, the recovery of the eyesight was better,and more the dislodgment was away from the pupilla area, the recovery of the eyesight was better. Conclusion The dislodgment ways of cornea deep layer foreign body should be operated as early as possible and different opera- tions should be made to reduce the incidence rate of complications. The location of the dislodgment has effect on the eyesight after the operation and the location in the 3mm of cornea centre could not get satisfactory results.
