子宫内膜、正常早孕及原因不明复发性流产患者蜕膜上Foxp3表达的意义

Significance of decidual expression of Foxp3 in patients with endometrium, normal pregnancy and unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion

目的探讨子宫内膜、正常早孕和原因不明复发性流产患者蜕膜上Foxp3的表达情况。方法收集来我院进行治疗的自然流产次数不低于3次的患者37例作为流产组;选取正常妊娠妇女40例作为正常妊娠组;孕龄期妇女的增生期内膜及分泌期内膜分别为25例、20例,对各组中的Foxp3的表达及分布情况采用统计学方法进行分析。结果 (1)Foxp3在分泌期内膜的表达与正常妊娠组及URSA组比较明显较低,在URSA患者蜕膜中的表达与正常妊娠组比较明显较低(P<0.05)。(2)蜕膜间质为URSA组Foxp3的主要表达部位,蜕膜腺上皮细胞为正常妊娠组患者Foxp3表达的主要位置,蜕膜腺上皮细胞为增生期内膜阴性表达及分泌期子宫内膜Foxp3的主要分布位置。结论在胚泡植入及早期妊娠的维持中分泌期子宫内膜和蜕膜组织中Foxp3的表达具有非常重要的意义,在URSA的发生发展过程中Foxp3的表达水平的降低可能具有重要的作用。

Objective To investigate the decidual expression of Foxp3 in patients with endometrium, normal pregnancy and unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods Selected 37 cases with natural abortion not less than 3 times as abortion group and 40 cases of normal pregnant women as normal pregnancy group; gestational age women of the proliferative phase endometrium and secretory endometrium were 25 cases, 20 cases, the expression and distribu- tion of Foxp3 were analyzed with statistical methods. Results （1） Foxp3 of secretory phase endometrium were lower than normal pregnancy group and URSA group, Foxp3 expression in decidual tissue were lower than the normal preg- nancy group （P 〈 0.05）. （2） Decidual stromal was the main expression part of URSA group Foxp3, decidual glandular epithelial cells was the main position of normal pregnancy group with Foxp3 expression, decidual glandular epithelial cells was the main location expression and secretory endometrium hyperplasia endometrium Foxp3 negative. Conclu- sion The expression of Foxp3 in secretory endometrlum and decidua during blastocyst implantation and the mainte- nance of pregnancy has very important significance, reduce the expression level of Foxp3 in the occurrence and devel- opment of URSA may play an important role.
