《伤寒论》桂枝麻黄各半汤加刺络放血疗法治疗急性荨麻疹疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of evenly divided Mahuang Guizhi Tang from “Shanghanlun”combined with pricking blood therapy in the treatment of acute urticaria

目的观察《伤寒论》桂枝麻黄各半汤加刺络放血疗法治疗急性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法治疗组采用桂枝麻黄各半汤加肘窝、腘窝刺络放血疗法,对照组给予10%葡萄糖酸钙注射液及西替利嗪,疗程均为5 d。结果治疗组总有效率为89.66%,治愈率为51.72%,显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组症状缓解时间短于对照组。结论《伤寒论》桂枝麻黄各半汤加刺络放血疗法治疗急性荨麻疹临床疗效确切,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of evenly divided Mahuang Guizhi Tang from ＂Shanghanlun＂combined with pricking blood therapy in the treatment of acute urticaria. Methods The treatment group was treated with evenly divided Mahuang Guizhi Tang combined pricking blood therapy, while the control group was treated with 10% calcium glueonate oral and cetirizine. The period treatment of two groups were both 5 days. Results The total effective rate （89.66%） and cure rate （51.72%） of treatment group were better than those of control group （P 〈 0.05）. And the symptoms remission time of treatment group was shorter than that of control group. Conclusion Evenly divided Mahuang Guizhi Tang from ＂Shanghanlun＂eombined with pricking blood therapy in the treatment of acute urticaria has good clinical effect, it is worthy of promotion.
