某高校女教职工乳腺红外线检查结果分析

The analysis about a college female faculties’ mammary gland infrared inspection results

目的了解某高校女教职工乳腺红外线检查结果及患病情况,为女教职工乳腺疾病的防治工作提供参考依据。方法收集整理健康体检中541名女教职工的乳腺红外线检查结果资料并做统计学分析。结果检出乳腺疾病211人,检出率39.00%。其中乳腺小叶增生检出率19.59%,乳腺轻度增生检出率16.08%,两者均为40～岁组检出率最高,分别为30.14%、21.92%,20～岁组次之,50～岁组检出率最低;乳腺囊性或结节性增生检出率2.40%;乳腺纤维瘤或肿块检出率0.92%。结论该高校女教职工乳腺不同程度增生检出率较高,应引起高度重视并积极治疗,定期进行健康体检和开展健康教育等保健工作很有必要。

Objective To know collgeg female faculty＇s mammary gland infrared inspection results and prevalence, provide the reference basis for prevention and control work about their mammary gland disease. Methods Collect and make statistical analysis with the data of mammary gland infrared inspection resuh about 541 female faculties＇ healthy check-up. Results The detection indicate that 211 people were attacked by gland disease, the detection rate was 39.00%. Among them, the detection rate about lobular hyperplasia of mammary gland was 19.59%, the detection rate about mild hyperplasia of mammary gland 16.08%.Both of them, g0-year-old groups had the highest detection rate which respectively was 30.14% ,21.92%.20-year-old groups took second place. 50-year-old groups were in the final location;The detection rates about Cystic or nodular hyperplasia, fibroma or lump of mammary gland respectively were 2.40% ＆ 0.92%. Conclusion The higher detection rate about mammary gland＇s Hyperplasia of different level caused people＇s attention and aggressive treatment.it is necessary to carry out the work such as the healthy check-up ＆ health education on a regular basis.
