碘仿纱条在宫颈锥切术后创面修复的应用体会

Application of iodoform gauze in the recovery after cervical conization

目的探讨碘仿纱条对妇科宫颈锥切术后创面修复的作用。方法对妇科门诊宫颈锥切术后患者62例按照处理方法分为碘仿纱条治疗组(n=34)和常规换药组(n=28),术后每周1次至门诊就诊,用碘伏棉球涂擦创面,并于术后第1周评估阴道流血情况、结痂厚度、排液情况。术后3周评估宫颈修复状况,有无继发黏膜增生。结果碘仿纱条治疗组患者创面结痂较薄,出血量及排液量明显减少,创面愈合时间短于常规换药组。除黏膜增生情况,两组患者术后1周和术后3周的恢复情况均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论碘仿纱条对妇科宫颈锥切术后创面的治疗安全、有效。

Objective To explore the effect of the iodoform gauze in the recovery after cervical conization. Methods Sixty-two patients from Weifang people＇s hospital undergone the cervical conization procedure, and 34 patients of them were treated with the iodoform gauze after the operation. The cutting edges were sterilized with a povidone-iodine cotton ball once a week for 3 weeks. The vaginal bleeding, crust thickness and drain were evaluated at the 1st week, and the recovery status and mucosal hyperplasia were evaluated at the 3rd week. Results Compared with the patients treated without the iodoform gauze, the patients treated with the iodoform gauze had less vaginal bleeding and drain, and thicker crusts. The recovery time was shorter and there was less mucosal hyperplasia.In addition to mucosal hyper- plasia, two groups of patients with postoperative recovery for 3 weeks and 1 weeks after operation there were signifi- cant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The iodoform gauze usage is safe and effective and safe for the recovery of cervical conization.
