摘要
燃烧器附近结焦和炉膛内大量结焦、积灰 ,常使处于正常燃烧的空气动力工况遭到破坏 ,使炉膛出口温度升高 ,引起对流受热面壁温升高 ,限制了锅炉出力 ,特别严重的结焦还往往迫使锅炉中断运行。如何防止结焦 ,开发出一种具有综合性能优良的燃烧设备越来越引起人们的广泛重视。论述了锅炉结焦的有关因素 。
Charring close to burners and a large volume of charring and accumulation of ashes in the chamber always destroy the aerodynamic working conditions for normal combustion and cause a rise in the outlet temperature of the chamber and a temperature rise in the convection heated wall surface,which limits the efficiency of the boiler, and severe charring often interrupt the operation of boilers. How to develop an item of combustion equipment with excellent overal performance is a topic drawing more and more attention, and this paper discusses the factors associated with charring in boilers and suggests actions to prevent it.
