摘要
利用双硫腙一四氯化碳萃取分光光度法对含银功能性纤维中的银元素含量进行分析测定。对3种样品消解方法进行了优化选择,并对检测波长、吸光度稳定性、检出限、方法精确度等进行了考察。实验结果表明,方法的最低低检出量为0.3μg,测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.1%(n=9)。在0.50,1.00,2.00mg/kg3个水平的加标回收率为94.0%~98.5%。该方法可用于含银功能性纤维中的银含量测定。
The silver content in silver-contained functional fiber was determined by dithizone-carbon tetrachloride extraction spectrophotometry. Three sample pre-treatment methods were compared and optimized. The selection of wavelength, stability of absorbance, detection limit, accuracy and precision of the method were discussed. The experiment results showed that the detection limit was 0.3 μ g and the relative standard deviation was 2.1%(n=9). The recovery rate at 0.50,1.00,2.00 mg/kg level was 94.0%-98.5%. The method can be used to determine the silver content in silver-contained functional fiber.
