摘要
水样色度的测定目前主要采用铂钴色标目视比色法和稀释倍数法,但对于较清洁的水样,传统的目视比色法过度依赖人为主观判断,色度测定结果存在较大误差。利用350,540 nm双波长分光光度法,以铬钴色标作为标准液,研究浊度对色度检测结果的影响,找出相关性,建立分析方法。该方法在一定的浊度范围内,色度检测结果具有良好的线性(r2>0.999),对污水样品测定结果的相对标准偏差小于1%(n=7)。该法不但可以克服一定浊度的干扰,消除人为误差,还可提高分析结果的准确度。
Eye-measurement colorimetry of platinum-cobalt color-code and dilution multiple determination are mainly used to detect the colority of water samples. However for cleaner water, the traditional method of colority determination over-depend on the subjective judgment of person, the final results of colority determination have larger deviation. Chromium-cobalt color-code as a standard solution, dual wavelength spectrophotometry of 350 and 540 nm were used to study turbidity on the results of colority determination, and the correlation was find out, an analytical method was set up. The results of colority determination had a good linearity (r^2 〉 0.999 ), the relative standard deviation of detection results of sewage sample was less than 1% (n=7). This method can not only overcome the interference of a certain density turbidity to eliminate human error, but also can improve the accuracy of the analysis results.
