摘要
利用X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)对硬铝合金中铜元素进行测定,分析了测量不确定度来源,并对不确定度分量进行评定,经计算得出合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。当硬铝合金中铜的质量分数为4.33%时,扩展不确定度为0.17%(k=2)。
Copper in hard aluminum alloy was determied by X ray fluorescence spectrometry. Sources of uncertainty were analysed, and the uncertainty components were evaluated. The combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated. Expanded uncertainty was 0.17% (k=2) as mass fraction of copper in hard aluminum alloy was 4.33%.
